Metasphere Joins Grundfos, Global Water Tech Leader 

TORONTO, Canada – July 3, 2023 – XPV Water Partners (“XPV”) is proud to announce that Grundfos, a global leader in advanced pump solutions and water technologies, has completed the acquisition of XPV portfolio company Metasphere, a leading provider of telemetry and analytics solutions for water networks.  

Managing water risk is a priority concern, especially as the world experiences the increasingly extreme impacts of climate change, including urban flooding. Key among Metasphere’s offering is its ART Sewer integrated solution, which provides hardware and analytics software for the prediction and prevention of sewer network overflows.
