XPV Water Partners Announces Sale of Holland Pump to Workdry International

TORONTO, Canada – July 17, 2024 – XPV Water Partners (“XPV”) is proud to announce that Workdry International, the parent company of engineered pump rental solutions and wastewater treatment asset rental providers, has acquired Holland Pump Company (“Holland Pump”), as part of its strategic expansion into the North American market.

The deal is backed by UK-based independent fund manager Arcus Infrastructure Partners (“Arcus”), through Arcus European Infrastructure Fund 3 (“AEIF3”) as Workdry’s majority shareholder and will see Workdry establish a market-leading presence in the East and Gulf Coast regions of the United States, strengthening the combined group’s offering to the infrastructure, construction, municipal, and manufacturing sectors.

Since investing in a majority stake in 2019, XPV has actively sourced and supported a series of strategic acquisitions and organic growth initiatives to help expand Holland Pump into one of the largest pure-play pump rental and service providers in the US, with more than 1,000 pump assets across 15 locations. The company has a diversified and longstanding customer base, with its core end markets including municipal water infrastructure, core industrial segments, and broader transport infrastructure across its geographical footprint.

“We’ve been proud to work with the Holland Pump team to scale their leading-edge services,” said Sam Saintonge, Investment Partner, XPV Water Partners. “The company is highly regarded in the industry, and it is making a critical contribution toward building a sustainable water future. We’re excited to see Holland Pump and the team land with Workdry and continue to make a difference.”

Holland Pump CEO, Tom Vossman, will continue to lead the U.S. business, working closely alongside Workdry’s leadership team to integrate best practices and share expertise across the group.

“Reaching this next step in Holland Pump’s journey is thanks to the hard work of our team and our team’s strong and successful relationship with XPV,” Vossman said. “We’ve achieved a great deal of momentum, and we’re thrilled to continue our mission with Workdry and Arcus.”
